The Constitution.
Who We Are
Founded by constitutional attorney and former Maryland Delegate Daniel L. Cox, our mission is simple but urgent: To defend your God-given rights—religious liberty, free speech, life, and parental authority—through strategic legal action, public advocacy, and grassroots mobilization.
We believe the Constitution is not a suggestion. It’s a promise. And we’re here to make sure it’s kept.
What We Do
- Legal Defense: Representing in Maryland, via The Cox Law Center, LLC, individuals, churches, and families facing government overreach or religious discrimination.
- Legislative Advocacy: Supporting freedom of religion, education and speech worldwide by advocacy, drafting and filing white papers, amicus curiae briefs and memorandums of law, and drafting and supporting laws that protect life, liberty, and parental rights.
- Educational Seminars: Equipping citizens with the knowledge and tools to stand up for their freedoms.
- Networking: We work with like-minded entities in the U.S. and around the world to advance Christian education and free speech.
- Faith & Freedom Alerts: Keeping you informed on the battles that matter—locally and nationally.
Why It Matters
From school board meetings to the Supreme Court, our freedoms are under attack. Whether it’s a student punished for praying, a parent silenced at a school board, or a church threatened with closure—we’re here to fight back.
